Recently one of my friends was struggling a lot due to some personal reasons. He's unable to co-ordinate his schedules properly and his mind was like left in woods. On my way to work, I found him disturbed. I tried to enquire about his problem and came to know about this. I just thought of suggesting him and told him. I thought, this would be very useful to at least one of the readers of my blog. So, thought of posting this too.
My suggestion to him and YOU as well is, whenever you find yourself in some trouble or hectic pressure and want to manage it, please don't start thinking about the solution for it. You may lose yourself in thoughts ending up in vain; not all the times and also not everyone. I would suggest you to speak to your mind. This would sound disgusting or embarrassing. But, it works. I bet you, it's at least 50% more efficient than thinking to yourself silently. Whenever you are in a dilemma, instead of thinking for a solution, just go alone and start explaining yourself as if you are explaining to your friend about the problem or situation who doesn't know about it. Speak out. Definitely you will find either the pulse of the problem or where you are lagging in analyzing the situation or problem.
very true. I do it quite often. Sometimes people forget what they have been doing to get things back on track. This is where we need friends to interfere and remind us of the forgotten solution. Keep writing.
