Hi buddies!
This time I would like to share my opinion about bench guys. Bench, I mean, not the back benchers. It's the people who are in bench after entering the corporate life. This is the special period I feel, since we come across different kind of people with their real-self. One who is much frustrated will show his real self, I strongly believe. These people will be vexed of waiting for a project for a long time and will be in the state of frustration.
I have been into bench for 3 months almost. In these three months, I came across different people with different mind-sets. Also this helped me in making good friends. But unfortunately there will be people who show their original self all the time. I found many people with split personalities at times( I don't mean about the mental dis-order). Many people try to act something different other than their original color which is not needed I guess. I don't mean to say I don't like people showing attitude. But there are people who show different attitude which is useless and some times dangerous.
I can simply quote an example for this for better understanding. This is not a created one. It's a true thing. I came across a girl in my company who is in the same batch of our training. she is a girl with unusual behavior. She strangely mingles with boys. Generally, we know during training the soft skills trainers will used to say,"This is the corporate world where we shouldn't show difference between boys and girls. We have to work together as a team. We have to mingle with each and members of the team. Bla blaa blaaaaa....". This showed a serious impact on her behaviour. She started behaving more unusually with boys. When a heavy crowd is there, she tries to find a room for her amongst boys. Sits on hands of a chair of a boy and so on. There's another person who behaves like all others who are in bench are worth less and he is the only worth full candidate and pretends as if he is busy. If I continue writing about such people it would become a wikipedia.
But all these people helped me a lot by letting me know where I stand amongst the world? What's me? Good & Bad; Simply I can see different shades in this beautiful world.
